Admission Procedure

Admission to all the courses shall be given once in a calendar year.

Application for admission to the course is required to be submitted on the prescribed form. The applicaiton form is obtainable from the office of the college - Admission & Counselling Center, either personally / on cash payment of Rs.250/- or can be downloaded online here: Download Application. The downloaded application form should be filled and completed in all respects and shall be sent to the office along with the requisite documents & a Cheque / DD in favour of 'Vision Foundation' payable at Tiruvannamalai.

Documents to be Submitted

  • 10th Mark Sheet
  • +2 Mark Sheet (Wherever applicable)
  • 8 Passport size photographs of the candidate
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Community, Income & Nativity Certificates
  • Aadhar Card

Criteria for Selection

The selection of the candidates for receiving training in college for the respective course shall be made on the basis of merit obtained in the prescribed qualifications or in the entrance test or as per the institution guidelines of the examining body.

Waiting List Candidates

Waiting list of the candidates shall be maintained by the college on the basis of merit obtained by candidate in the entrance test. The candidates on the waiting list will be confirming availability of seats from the office of the college themselves. No separate correspondence will be made with them.

Joining Time for Candidates

The selected candidates must join their respective courses on the date communicated to them at the time of their selection in the admission letters. Shortlisted candidates who fail to join within the stipulated date shall automatically stand cancelled. Under exceptional circumstance a candidate may be allowed to join late by 15 days after the stipulated time with the permission of the selection committee / competent authority. The next candidate in order of merit shall be given the chance for admission against the defaulters.

JMedical Examination

Selected candidates are medically examined by a medical board to be constituted by the Principal, Vision Paramedical College for Women, Tiruvannamalai for such purpose.

Student Care Committee

Student care committee assists the students to get their driving license, passport, PAN card & bank account and also guides to learn foreign languages like English, Hindi, German, French & other languages.

Foreign Candidates

Candidates who belong to foreign countries are required to route their application through Govt. of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare with an advance copy submitted to the office of the college in Tiruvannamalai. They are also required to appear in person for an entrance test.
